Wooden stage, my once-lover, and
The crowd, my old friend,
How dearly I have missed you!
It's good to speak again.
Seems like ages since I've been here.
Cities and countrysides alike,
I've heard you calling from the curtain,
Around all preformance nights.
There's an addicting journey,
To being on a stage:
To tell a thousand stories,
And to never be the same.
Wooden stage, my once-lover,
It has been far too long.
But I must face my audience
For far too soon they will be gone.

The thinning line between
You and my sanity
Is quickly fading...
Takes just a breeze to cause a storm,
Takes just a breath to cause a scream,
It takes me to cause a tragedy...
